AI Pro is operated jointly by 65Nation (65nation.com) and Neuralway (neuralway.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service at aipro.neuralway.ai.

Information you provide
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your password in plain text).
- Payment information: Processed entirely by PayPal. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or full PayPal account information. We only receive your PayPal transaction ID and subscription ID to track your plan status.
Information collected automatically
- Authentication cookies: A secure, encrypted session token stored in your browser to keep you logged in. This cookie is httpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript) and encrypted.
- Basic usage data: Timestamps of account creation and last login.
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not use third-party tracking or analytics scripts.
- We do not collect your browsing history, IP address logs, or device fingerprints.
- We do not sell, share, or trade your data with advertisers or data brokers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide access to lessons and content based on your plan.
- To process payments through PayPal.
- To communicate with you about your account (e.g., plan changes, important updates).
- To improve the Service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
4. How We Store Your Information
Your account data is stored securely in Amazon DynamoDB, a managed database service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is stored in the United States (us-east-1 region).
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a strength factor of 12 — they cannot be reversed.
- Authentication tokens are signed using industry-standard HS256 encryption.
- All connections to our Service use TLS/SSL encryption (256-bit).
- Our infrastructure runs on AWS App Runner with automatic security patches.
5. PayPal and Payment Data
All payment processing is handled by PayPal. When you make a purchase or subscribe, you interact directly with PayPal's secure payment system. We only receive:
- A transaction or subscription ID to link your payment to your account.
- Webhook notifications about subscription status changes (activated, cancelled, expired).

6. Cookies
We use a single, essential cookie:

This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function. It is httpOnly (cannot be read by JavaScript), secure (only sent over HTTPS in production), and contains an encrypted token — not your personal data. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- PayPal: To process your payments (as described above).
- Amazon Web Services: To host and store your account data securely.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request.
Both 65Nation and Neuralway have access to account data for purposes of operating the Service and providing customer support.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate information on your account.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal.

9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Payment records may be retained as required for legal and financial reporting purposes.
10. Security

- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit (256-bit).
- Bcrypt password hashing (industry standard).
- HttpOnly, secure authentication cookies.
- Rate limiting on authentication endpoints.
- Regular security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, CSP).

11. Children
AI Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
