Welcome to AI Pro (“the Service”), operated jointly by 65Nation (65nation.com) and Neuralway (neuralway.ai). By accessing or using AI Pro at aipro.neuralway.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
AI Pro provides AI education content designed for adults, delivered as text-based lessons with illustrations. Lessons are published three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Founders Edition members receive an additional bonus lesson on Saturdays.
The Service is provided “as is.” We may add features such as video lessons, quizzes, and interactive exercises in the future based on community feedback. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store or access your credit card or bank details.
Refunds for the Founders Edition are issued at the sole discretion of 65Nation and Neuralway. If you have a valid reason, we may issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, email zero@neuralway.ai.
Refunds for monthly subscription payments are at our discretion. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal with no questions asked. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
All content on AI Pro — including text, illustrations, design, and branding — is the property of 65Nation and Neuralway. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or republish any content without written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own educational use.

AI Pro provides educational content for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our content. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall 65Nation or Neuralway be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting zero@neuralway.ai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
